Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

In this role, you will:
Render sales and service requirements to the target customer base of RBWM whilst actively pursuing top down business targets
Ensure that the business activities adequately fulfill customer requirements and represent HSBC in the best possible manner to the customer and uphold customer satisfaction
Assess customer sentiments, provide regular feedback to the management and suggest improvements
Ensure customer engagement in the sales process, and recommend solution upon proper identification of customer needs
Work in collaboration with HSBC Select Relationship Managers where appropriate while performing under CEPS (Corporate Employee Privilege Scheme) Team to increase the portfolio of target customers
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issue raised by external regulators

Additional Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
In depth knowledge of the RBWM business and sales operations
Knowledge and understanding of relevant group compliance, operation standard, audit and risk standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis upon inspiring, influencing and negotiating
Effective sales leadership skills including coaching and sales activity management on a team / one to one basis; ability to demonstrate and implement outstanding customer service amongst all of the Branch team

Planning, organising, problem solving and analytical skills
